My career has spanned various pivotal positions, from conducting clinical research to overseeing commercial operations. My academic journey continued with a focus on Health & Innovation at Nyenrode Business University, further refining my expertise in strategic management within the health sector. In my previous role as the  principal consultant at a leading technology consultancy firm, I spearheaded the Healthcare & Life Science practice. Working at the intersection of life sciences, health, and technology, enriched my expertise in blending these critical areas that will define the future of healthcare.

My mission is to enhance healthcare by integrating human-centered design into every facet of strategy, innovation, and implementation. My approach combines in-depth research with creative solutions that transcend traditional treatments. I am a firm believer in driving digital innovation and patient engagement through cutting-edge technologies such as AI and Extended Reality (XR), shaping the future of healthcare.

In today's fast-evolving landscape, I am deeply involved in driving digital transformation in healthcare, emphasizing personalized medicine and leveraging data analytics to improve patient and family care pathways. Beyond my professional role, I dedicate my time to the Dutch healthcare system, volunteering for the Lung Foundation. I reside in the heart of Amsterdam with my wife and two daughters, where we prefer
